In Memory of Our Beautiful Karis
Karis passed away in September 2018 from a brain tumour, aged just 10. Her courage, love, and cheeky smile inspired us to create this charity, so no family has to face this journey alone.

"She was a beautiful girl inside and out. Even when she was so poorly, she worried about others and always wanted to help."
Karis' family
Karis' Helping Hand was founded by Karis' family to ensure no child or family faces a brain tumour diagnosis alone. We provide practical support, emotional guidance, and financial assistance to families navigating one of the most difficult journeys imaginable.
We also appreciated all the charities who helped us throughout our journey, and we feel as a charity ourselves, we can now offer some relief to other families finding themselves in the same situation as we once were. We want to try to make life that bit easier and give what we can to as many families as we can.
